【目的】研究饮食联合运动干预对肥胖儿童青少年腹部脂肪、生化代谢指标与脂肪肝的影响。【方法】20例7~17岁的肥胖儿童青少年[男11例;BMI(28.0±4.34)kg/m2]接受为期4周的饮食联合运动干预,包括热卡限制在(1338~1883)kCal/d的平衡膳食和以有氧操、游泳、篮球等有氧运动为主的运动训练,并在干预前后分别接受身高、体重、血压测量,腹部脂肪评估(分别用MRI法、超声法与生物电阻抗法),生化代谢参数检测与肝脏B超检查。【结果】①干预后体重、BMI、收缩压、舒张压均显著下降(P<0.01);②三种方法评估的腹部脂肪也均显著减少(P<0.01);③尿酸、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、胰岛素、C-肽、糖激化血红蛋白等生化代谢参数以及脂肪肝也均在干预后显著改善(P<0.01)。【结论】体重、BMI、腹部脂肪、生化代谢参数、脂肪肝发生率等指标在干预后均有显著改善,从不同层面反映了该肥胖干预的效果。
【Objective】 To investigate the effect of diet combined exercise intervention on abdominal fat, biochemical metabolic index and fatty liver in obese children and adolescents. 【Methods】 A total of 20 obese children and adolescents aged 7-17 years [11 males (BMI) (28.0 ± 4.34) kg / m2] received 4-week diet combined exercise intervention including heat card restriction (1338-1883) kCal / d balanced diet and aerobic exercise, swimming, basketball and other aerobic exercise-based training, and before and after intervention were accepted height, weight, blood pressure measurement, abdominal fat assessment (respectively, MRI, ultrasound and bioelectrical resistance Anti-French), biochemical metabolic parameters and liver B ultrasound examination. 【Results】 ① The body weight, BMI, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were significantly decreased after intervention (P <0.01); ② The abdominal fat as assessed by the three methods also decreased significantly (P <0.01); ③ uric acid, total cholesterol, The biochemical metabolic parameters such as ester, LDL, insulin, C-peptide and HbA1c and fatty liver were also significantly improved after intervention (P <0.01). 【Conclusion】 The indexes of body weight, BMI, abdominal fat, biochemical metabolic parameters and the incidence of fatty liver have been significantly improved after intervention. The effects of this obesity intervention are reflected in different aspects.
