目前,公路养护部门人才队伍建设还存在着人才供给不足、人才质量不高、人才配置不合理等许多与行业发展不相适应的问题,严重制约了行业的发展。本文阐述了公路养护行业中人才队伍建设的作用,分析了公路养护行业人才队伍建设中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,从而提高公路养护行业的管理水平。 At present, there are still many problems that are not compatible with the development of the industry, such as insufficient supply of talents, poor quality of qualified personnel and irrational allocation of qualified personnel, which have seriously restricted the development of the industry. This paper elaborates the role of talent team construction in highway maintenance industry, analyzes the existing problems in the construction of qualified personnel in highway maintenance industry and puts forward corresponding countermeasures so as to improve the management level of highway maintenance industry.
