CCD(Charge-coupled Device,电荷耦合器件)驱动时序的产生和输出信号的采集处理,是CCD图像传感器应用的两个关键技术。本文以ILX508线阵图像传感器为例,采用通用方法重点解决CCD图像传感器驱动脉冲时序设计的问题。根据ILX508图像传感器的功能及特点,利用VHDL(Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language)设计复杂可编程逻辑器件(Complex Programmable Logic Device,CPLD)实现CDD驱动的设计,这种方法简单、灵活、易于修改,可成为一种通用的CCD驱动方法。
CCD (Charge-coupled Device) drive timing generation and output signal acquisition and processing, CCD image sensor is the application of two key technologies. In this paper, ILX508 linear array image sensor, for example, the use of common methods focus on CCD image sensor drive pulse timing design issues. According to the functions and features of the ILX508 image sensor, the design of the CDD driver is designed by using Complex Programmable Logic Device (VHDL) (Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language). The method is simple and flexible, Easy to modify, can become a universal CCD drive method.
