胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤 (placentalsitetrophoblastictu mor ,PSTT)是一种不常见的滋养细胞肿瘤 ,其合并肾病综合征则更为少见 ,极易造成临床上的漏诊误诊。我院 2 0 0 3年 4～ 6月收治一典型病例 ,现就其临床资料并结合相关文献进行讨论 ,以引起对这种少见疾病的重视。1 病历
Placental secretory trophoblastic tumor (PSTT) is an uncommon trophoblastic tumor with nephrotic syndrome is more rare, easily lead to misdiagnosis of missed diagnosis. A typical case was admitted from April to June 2003 in our hospital.
