随着润滑油产品标准的不断提高,油品中S元素和P元素的含量受到了越来越严格的限制。在这种情况下,研究开发ZDDP的替代物就显得非常重要。本文按添加剂的分子结构,对有可能替代ZDDP的极压抗磨剂作了分类,并对每一类添加剂的研究现状作了较为详细的论述。 With the continuous improvement of lubricant product standards, the content of S and P elements in oil has been more and more severely restricted. Under such circumstances, it is very important to research and develop alternatives to ZDDP. In this paper, according to the molecular structure of the additive, it is possible to classify the extreme pressure antiwear agents that may replace ZDDP. The current research status of each additive is described in detail.
