利用θ-θ液态金属X射线衍射仪研究纯Fe的液态结构,获得了衍射强度、结构因子、双体分布函数以及配位数和原子间距离.研究结果表明,在液态纯铁的结构因子曲线上也存在着预峰(pre-peak).预峰的出现是熔体中存在中程序的标志.根据预峰的特性,提出了液态纯Fe结构的原子模型,即共享顶点体心立方结构与无规密堆积原子分布的加和.
The liquid structure of pure Fe was studied by θ-θ liquid metal X-ray diffractometer. The diffraction intensity, structure factor, bilayer distribution function, coordination number and inter-atomic distance were obtained. The results show that there is also a pre-peak on the structural factor curve of liquid pure iron. The appearance of pre-peaks is a hallmark of the process in existence in the melt. According to the characteristics of pre-peak, an atomic model of liquid pure Fe structure is proposed, that is, the sum of body-centered cubic structures of shared vertices and random close-packed atomic distributions.
