为了加强农业机械营销企业的质量管理,提高服务水平和经济效益,满足顾客需要,国家国内贸易局发布了由中国农业机械流通协会牵头起草的中华人民共和国行业标准“农业机械营销企业服务质量规定”(WB/T1014-2000)。此标准已于2000年12月20日开始实施。 十几年来,全国农机公司系统开展的优质服务活动对提高经营服务水平、提高企业素质和信誉、满足用户需求产生了巨大的作用,受到了普遍的赞誉。此次标准的发布实施是对优质服务活动的总结提高,使之进一步规范化、法制化。为了使大家熟悉掌握此行业标准,本刊现将标准内容全文刊登如下:
In order to strengthen the quality management of agricultural machinery marketing companies, improve service levels and economic benefits, and meet customer needs, the National Bureau of Internal Trade issued the “People’s Republic of China Industrial Standards for Service Quality of Agricultural Machinery Marketing Enterprises” led by the China Agricultural Machinery Circulation Association. (WB/T1014-2000). This standard was implemented on December 20, 2000. Over the past decade, the quality service activities carried out by the National Agricultural Machinery Company System have played a huge role in raising the level of business services, improving the quality and credibility of enterprises, and satisfying the needs of users, and have received widespread praise. The issuance of this standard is a summary of the quality service activities, so that it can be further standardized and legalized.
