采用半开放顶注式浇注系统,试验研究了质量为145.0 kg材质为HT250的曳引式电梯电动机机座消失模铸件成形工艺。结合消失模铸件凝固仿真数值模拟结果和铸型典型截面代表性位置点冷却曲线变化趋势,进行了消失模铸造条件下,一箱一件电机机座毛坯消失模铸件样品的制作和生产试验,探索了从源头上依靠工艺设计来提高铸件成品率和铸件合格率的途径和消除铸件夹砂结疤缺陷的具体措施。运用扫描电子显微镜和X-ray能谱仪检测元素组成及其相对质量分数,分析铸件夹砂结疤缺陷产生的原因,提出了具体的解决方案。 The semi-open top-pouring system was used to test the forming process of the lost foam casting for the traction hoist motor frame with the mass of 145.0 kg and the HT250 material. Based on the numerical simulation results of the solidification simulation of the lost foam casting and the change trend of the cooling curve at the representative location of the typical cross section of the casting mold, the production and the production test of the lost foam casting of the blank of a motor housing were carried out under the condition of lost foam casting. From the source to rely on process design to improve casting yield and casting pass rate of the way and eliminate the sand casting scars defects specific measures. The elemental composition and its relative mass fraction were measured by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy, and the reasons for the occurrence of scabbing defects in the castings were analyzed. A specific solution was proposed.
