在深化职业教育教学改革面前,当今卫生类职业教育“双师型”教师队伍建设在推进过程中出现了很多问题和不足,应认真分析“双师型”师资队伍建设面临的实际问题,并探索着力解决这些实际问题的方法和途径,坚持深化卫生类职业教育改革全面推进素质教育。本文主要对卫生类教师队伍建设中存在的“双师型”教师的认识模糊以及教学理念陈旧、兼职教师的情况、年龄结构的偏差、职称评定政策不配套、缺乏有效的教师职业培训等问题和有效的措施等方面进行了论述。
In the process of deepening the teaching reform of vocational education, there are many problems and shortcomings in the construction of the contingent of teachers of “double-qualified teachers” in today’s vocational education in health field. We should carefully analyze the actual problems faced by the construction of “double-qualified teachers” Problems and explore ways and means of resolving these practical problems. We should deepen the reform of health-care vocational education and promote quality-oriented education in an all-round way. This article mainly focuses on the “double teacher” teachers in the construction of health teachers, the obscureness of the teachers, the obsolete teaching concept, the part-time teachers, the deviation of the age structure, the non-conformity of the professional title assessment policies, the lack of effective teacher occupation training, etc. Problems and effective measures were discussed.
