随着重型工业的不断发展,为了保证产品质量,精密计量与测试技术在大、中型工件形位误差检测领域的应用已经成为迫切需要解决的问题。本文针对轧钢机辊轴平行度检测课题展开讨论。论文以轧钢机工作辊平行度检测为模型,进行辊轴平行度检测系统的整体设计与研究。
With the continuous development of heavy industry, in order to ensure the quality of products, the application of precision measurement and test technology in the field of shape and position error detection of large and medium-sized workpieces has become an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, rolling mill roller axis parallelism testing issues are discussed. The paper takes the work roll parallelism detection of the rolling mill as the model to carry out the overall design and research of the roller parallelism detection system.
