目前,股权激励已经被大多数企业所采纳,用在协调所有者与经营者之间关系上。文章对企业实施股权激励的现状及应对措施进行探讨,希望股权激励在企业内部得到有效实施,提高企业的经营管理效率和经济效益。
At present, equity incentives have been adopted by most businesses to coordinate the relationship between owners and managers.
