二、销售决策销售,是企业生产经营过程的一个重要阶段,有很多问题需要作出恰当的决策,因篇幅所限,本文仅对产品定价决策问题给以概略的说明。价格是产品(商品)价值的货币表现,要经营某种产品,就必须正确订定此种产品的销售价格。尤其在现阶段,由于企业自主权的进一步扩大,企业不仅可以在确保完成国家计划和国家供货合同的前提下,自行安排增产某种产品;而且可以在国家规定的价格变动幅度内,自行确定某种产品的销售价格。为了正确处理国家、企业和职工个人三者关系,保证国家建设和市场需要,并求得企业自身的壮大和发展,企业管理者必须给有关产品合理定价,制定正确的价格决策。 (一)产品定价方法
