目的:研究参芪扶正注射液对化疗小鼠Th1/Th2平衡状态的影响。方法:57只荷瘤小鼠随机分成5组,分别为荷瘤对照组、环磷酰胺组、参芪扶正注射液高剂量组(8g·kg-1组)、临床等效剂量组(4g·kg-1组)和低剂量组(2g·kg-1组)。后4组给予环磷酰胺ip2次造模。荷瘤对照组及环磷酰胺组ip生理盐水,1次/d,其他3组ip相应剂量参芪扶正注射液。9d后摘小鼠眼球取血约0.5mL进行流式微球(CBA)检测,再脱颈处死小鼠,称取肿瘤重量,计算肿瘤系数。结果:参芪扶正注射液临床等效剂量组(4g·kg-1)可显著降低化疗小鼠的肿瘤重量和肿瘤系数(P<0.01),提高化疗小鼠的TNF-α及IL-2的浓度(P<0.01~0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液4g·kg-1可诱导化疗小鼠的Th1/Th2平衡向Th1细胞占优势的方向转化。
Objective: To study the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on Th1/Th2 balance in mice with chemotherapy. Methods: The 57 tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: tumor-bearing control group, cyclophosphamide group, Shenqi Fuzheng injection high-dose group (8g·kg-1 group), and clinical equivalent dose group (4g· Kg-1 group) and low dose group (2g·kg-1 group). After the 4 groups were given cyclophosphamide ip 2 modeling. The tumor-bearing control group and cyclophosphamide group ip normal saline, 1 times / d, the other 3 groups ip corresponding dose Shenqi Fuzheng injection. After 9 days, about 0.5 mL blood was collected from the eyeballs of the mice for flow cytometric microsphere (CBA) detection. The mice were then sacrificed by cervical dislocation. The tumor weights were weighed and the tumor coefficients were calculated. Results: The clinical equivalent dose of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection (4g·kg-1) can significantly reduce the tumor weight and tumor coefficient of chemotherapy mice (P<0.01), and increase the TNF-α and IL-2 levels in chemotherapy mice. Concentration (P<0.01 to 0.05). Conclusion: Shenqi Fuzheng Injection 4g·kg-1 can induce the Th1/Th2 balance of chemotherapy mice to shift to the dominant direction of Th1 cells.
