谈中职学校旅游管理专业餐饮服务教学的开展

当今的餐饮业不仅仅是满足客人的胃口更高层次是满足客人的精神需求,吃的是一种品味,吃的是一种时尚,吃的是一种文化。随着客人需求的提高,餐饮服务的专业技能也要随之提高。中职学校更注重学生技能的培养,以便于毕业后更好适应社会的需求更好的就业。餐饮服务技能是“饭店服务与管理”专业学生必须掌握的一项重要技能。作为旅游专业学生的一门必修课,餐饮服务不仅有助于学生了解一些和餐饮有关的基本知识,而且还可以帮助学生掌握一些关于餐饮服务的基本技能。就中职学校旅游管理专业餐饮服务教学的开展,本文作了浅谈。 Today’s catering industry is not only to meet the appetite of the guests a higher level is to meet the spiritual needs of guests, eating is a taste, eat is a fashion, eat is a culture. As guest demand increases, the professional skills of catering services also increase. Secondary vocational schools pay more attention to the cultivation of students’ skills in order to better adapt to the needs of society after graduation, better employment. Catering service skills are one of the key skills that professional students must master in Hotel Services and Management. As a compulsory course for travel majors, catering services not only help students understand some basic food-related knowledge, but also help students master some basic skills in catering services. On secondary vocational school tourism management professional catering service teaching, this article made a brief talk.
