脯氨酸羟化酶(PHD)通过催化缺氧诱导因子(HIF)特定的脯氨酸残基发生羟基化反应从而介导HIF降解,在肿瘤发生、发展过程中起着重要作用。随着研究的深入,通过激活PHD的表达或调节其活性促进HIF-1降解可能作为治疗肿瘤的新靶点。本文将近年PHD在妇科肿瘤中的研究进展做一综述。
Proline hydroxylase (PHD) plays an important role in tumorigenesis and progression by catalyzing the hydroxylation of specific proline residues in hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) to mediate HIF degradation. With further study, promoting the degradation of HIF-1 by activating the expression of PHD or regulating its activity may serve as new targets for the treatment of tumors. This article reviews the progress of PHD in gynecologic oncology in recent years.
