笔者拜读了２０００年第２期《新建筑》中《散梯大天井式高层住宅建筑设计》一文 ,对作者诸多观点不敢苟同。文章认为高层住宅竖向交通集中布置导致了“现代高层建筑”、“井字型”和“风车型”竖向交通的弊端 ,针对此等弊端提出了几种改进平面。但是我们看看作者给出的几个平? The paper argues that the centralized arrangement of vertical traffic in high-rise residential buildings leads to the drawbacks of the vertical transportation of “modern high-rise buildings”, “Tic-Tac-Toe” and “windmills” and proposes several improvements for these drawbacks.
