建立市级劳动保障监察长效工作机制,是在建立预防违法、化解矛盾的体制机制上下功夫。《劳动合同法》颁布实施后,企业劳动用工中的违法行为依然存在。因此规范企业用工行为必须建立长效机制。劳动保障监察对象的明确,对于我市劳动保障监察工作健康有序的开展以及短期、长期工作目标的确立,有着重要作用。
The establishment of a long-term working mechanism for municipal labor security supervision is to work hard to establish institutional mechanisms to prevent violations of laws and resolve conflicts. After the promulgation and implementation of the Labor Contract Law, the illegal activities in the employment of enterprises still exist. Therefore, regulating the employment behavior of enterprises must establish a long-term mechanism.
