文章旨在讨论机器人辅助腹腔镜手术中能量器械应用技巧及副损伤预防,为临床实践提供帮助。机器人系统中的能量器械包括单极、双极、超声刀及血管闭合器。其工作原理同腹腔镜下的能量器械基本相同,但是有其独特的工作方法和相关参数的设置。只有熟悉解剖,动作轻柔,掌握器械的工作原理及应用技巧,才能顺利地进行手术操作,减少相关副损伤的发生。
The purpose of this article is to discuss the application of energy instruments in robotic-assisted laparoscopic surgery and the prevention of side-effects, and to provide assistance in clinical practice. Energy devices in robotic systems include unipolar, bipolar, ultrasonic knives, and vascular closures. Its working principle is basically the same as that of laparoscopic energy devices, but it has its unique working methods and settings of related parameters. Only familiar with the anatomy, gentle action, master the working principle of the instrument and application skills, in order to successfully carry out the operation to reduce the incidence of related secondary injuries.
