研究了TC4钛合金激光焊接接头经高温热处理后的显微组织,结果表明:由于在TC4合金相变点附近温度进行热处理能极大提高其合金元素的扩散速率,激光焊接接头中的马氏体α′随热处理时间的延长而更粗大,且分布更杂乱;热处理前后焊缝截面显微硬度均自焊缝中心向热影响区逐渐降低,热影响区显微硬度低于母材。与原始接头显微硬度值相比,经历高温热处理后接头的显微硬度降低约60HV左右。
The microstructure of TC4 titanium laser welded joints after high temperature heat treatment was studied. The results show that as the heat treatment near the transformation temperature of TC4 alloy can greatly increase the diffusion rate of alloying elements, the martensitic α ’is coarser and more messy with the time of heat treatment. The microhardness of the weld before and after heat treatment gradually decreases from the center of the weld to the heat affected zone, and the microhardness of the HAZ is lower than that of the base metal. Compared with the original joint microhardness value, the microhardness of the joint after the high temperature heat treatment is reduced by about 60HV.
