近年来,我国输变电工程建设项目的投入逐年增加,但其造价波动很大,存在较大风险。因此,对我国输变电建设项目工程造价风险影响因素及其风险评价方法进行研究,有利于提高电网企业经济效益。利用WBS-RBS风险识别方法对输变电工程造价风险的影响因素进行风险识别,然后利用粗糙集理论对其评价指标体系进行约简优化,最后建立以支持向量机理论为基础的输变电工程造价风险评价模型,为输变电工程造价风险评价提供了一种科学有效的方法。
In recent years, the investment in power transmission and transformation projects in our country has been increasing year by year, but its cost fluctuates greatly and there is a big risk. Therefore, it is helpful to study the influencing factors of project cost risk and its risk assessment method in China’s power transmission and transformation project, which is beneficial to improve the economic benefits of power grid enterprises. The WBS-RBS risk identification method is used to identify the risk factors of transmission and distribution project cost risk, and then rough set theory is used to reduce and evaluate its evaluation index system. Finally, a power transmission and transformation project based on support vector machine theory Cost risk assessment model provides a scientific and effective method for risk assessment of transmission cost.
