职业能力是职业教育中一个非常重要的概念,随着我国高等职业教育的蓬勃发展,对教师职业能力的要求也在不断提高。教师对学生的终身发展有着重要的影响,高素质的教师队伍是保障高职教育健康发展的关键所在,直接关系到高职院校的培养目标能否实现。本文从职业能力评价的角度,分析了高职院校开展教师职业能力评价的意义,并提出了改善高职教师职业能力评价的有效策略。 Vocational ability is a very important concept in vocational education. With the vigorous development of higher vocational education in our country, the requirements for teachers’ professional ability are also constantly increasing. Teachers have an important influence on the lifelong development of students. High-quality teachers are the key to guarantee the healthy development of higher vocational education, which is directly related to whether the training objectives of higher vocational colleges can be realized. In this paper, from the perspective of vocational competency evaluation, this paper analyzes the significance of vocational teacher evaluation in vocational colleges, and puts forward some effective strategies to improve vocational teacher evaluation.
