采用陶瓷注射成型技术制备PZT陶瓷阵列,经过脱脂、烧结、灌注环氧树脂以及后加工得到长径比为4~5的1-3连通压电复合材料,并对其压电性能和机电转换性能进行研究。结果表明,压电系数d_(33)达到400p C/N以上,与压电陶瓷的相当;纵横耦合比k_t/k_p在2左右,高于PZT陶瓷的纵横耦合比。
The PZT ceramic array was prepared by ceramic injection molding technology. The 1-3 connected piezoelectric composite with aspect ratio of 4 ~ 5 was obtained after degreasing, sintering, epoxy resin injection and post-processing. The piezoelectric and electromechanical conversion performance research. The results show that the piezoelectric coefficient d_ (33) reaches above 400p C / N, which is equivalent to that of piezoelectric ceramics. The aspect ratio k_t / k_p is about 2, which is higher than the aspect ratio of PZT ceramics.
