轮状病毒（ｒｏｔａｖｉｒｕｓ，ＲＶ）属呼肠孤病毒科，是婴幼儿急性感染性腹泻的主要病原体．占婴幼儿腹泻的５０％［１，２］．目前无有效的西药治疗，我们用番石榴叶治疗ＲＶ肠炎获得比较好的临床疗效．现进一步探讨番石榴叶提取物及含药血清的体外抗轮状病毒的机制．１ ?
Rotavirus (RV) belongs to the reovirus family and is the main pathogen of acute infectious diarrhea in infants and young children. Occupies 50% of infantile diarrhea [1,2]. Currently there is no effective Western medicine treatment. We use guava leaf to treat RV enteritis to obtain better clinical efficacy. 3.
