目的制备双嘧达莫固体分散体并建立其质量标准。方法采用紫外的方法对双嘧达莫进行含量测定。结果双嘧达莫检测浓度5.88~88.2μg/ml范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9995);平均加样回收率为99.6%,RSD=0.46%(n=6)。结论制备方法简便可靠;所建标准可用于双嘧达莫固体分散体的质量控制。
Objective To prepare dipyridamole solid dispersions and establish their quality standards. Methods The content of dipyridamole was determined by UV method. Results The dipyridamole concentration ranged from 5.88 to 88.2 μg / ml. The average recovery was 99.6% and the RSD was 0.46% (n = 6). Conclusion The preparation method is simple and reliable. The standard can be used for the quality control of dipyridamole solid dispersion.
