从材料学和损伤力学角度出发,利用数值模拟与物理模拟相结合的研究手段,定量分析了Mn18Cr18N钢锻造成形中裂纹的形成和扩展过程,为大锻件锻造成形中的损伤预报提供了科学指导依据。
From the view of material science and damage mechanics, the formation and propagation of cracks in forging process of Mn18Cr18N steel were analyzed quantitatively by means of numerical simulation combined with physical simulation, which provided a scientific basis for the prediction of damage in forging of large forgings .
