目的阐述结构方程模型(SEM)的原理及在职业紧张影响因素研究中的应用。方法应用职业紧张量表(OSI-R)对广东省某市2所大学的老师进行问卷调查,并建立职业任务及个体应对资源与个体紧张反应的结构方程模型。结果职业任务与个体紧张反应以及个体应对资源与个体紧张反应的SEM拟合指数GFI、NFI均大于0.90,RMSEA均小于0.08,说明模型拟合较好。结论结构方程模型用于职业紧张影响因素的研究,同时考虑显变量与潜变量以及潜变量之间的关系,对数据信息利用较充分,研究结果更接近真实情况。
Objective To explain the principle of structural equation model (SEM) and its application in the study of influencing factors of occupational stress. Methods The OSI-R questionnaire was used to survey teachers in two universities in a city of Guangdong Province, and a structural equation model of occupational tasks and individual responses to resource and individual stress was established. Results The SEM fit index GFI and NFI of occupational task and individual nervous response and individual response to stress and resource were both higher than 0.90 and RMSEA less than 0.08, which indicated that the model fitting was better. Conclusions Structural equation model is used to study the influencing factors of occupational stress. Taking into account the relationship between apparent variables and latent variables and latent variables, the structural equation model is more fully utilized for data and the results are closer to the real situation.
