遵照伟大领袖毛主席“提高警惕,保卫祖国”、“备战、备荒、为人民”的伟大号召,齐齐哈尔铁路局为了不断地加强战备训练,争取把各项战备工作做在战争的前面,他们组织了广大车辆职工本着现车取材,操作简便,时间短、质量好的精神,研究创造出了“战时车辆应急故障处理方法”。这些方法经过验证是可行的,效果是良好的,现介绍如下,供参考。同时也希望现场有关工作同志把你们在这方面的好方法、好经验及时递给我们,以便推广交流,互相学习,取长补短,为把战备工作提高到新水平而奋斗。
