建设部和国家文物局日前出台了《中国历史文化名镇(村)评选办法》。《评选办法》规定了评选中国历史文化名镇(村)的基本条件与评价标准。 (一)历史价值与风貌特色历史文化名镇(村)应当具备下列条件之在一定历史时期内对推动全国或某一地区的社会经济发展起过重要作用,具有全国或地区范围的影响;或系当地水陆交通中心,成为闻名遐迩的客流、货流、物流集散 Recently, the Ministry of Construction and the State Administration of Cultural Heritage issued the “Selection of Famous Historical and Cultural Towns (Villages) in China.” The “Selection Measures” stipulates the basic conditions and evaluation criteria for the selection of China’s historic and cultural towns (villages).
