目的探讨中医真武强心汤配合西药治疗老年心力衰竭(心衰)的临床疗效。方法 100例老年心衰患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予中医真武强心汤配合西药治疗,比较两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为96.0%,对照组的总有效率为82.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者中发生嗜睡2例,心律不齐2例,眩晕1例,不良反应发生率为10.0%;对照组中嗜睡4例,心律不齐5例,眩晕2例,烦躁2例,不良反应发生率为26.0%;两组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医真武强心汤配合西药治疗老年心衰的疗效显著,大大提升了患者的生活质量,值得在临床上广泛推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zhenwuqiangxin Decoction combined with western medicine in treating elderly patients with heart failure (heart failure). Methods 100 cases of elderly patients with heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases each. The control group was given conventional Western medicine, while the observation group was given Zhenwuqiangxin Decoction combined with western medicine. The treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 96.0% in the observation group and 82.0% in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). 2 cases of drowsiness, 2 cases of arrhythmia, 1 case of dizziness and 10.0% of adverse reactions in the observation group, 4 cases of lethargy, 5 cases of arrhythmia, 2 cases of dizziness, 2 cases of irritability and 2 cases of adverse reactions in the control group The incidence rate was 26.0%. The incidence of adverse reactions in both groups was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of TCM Zhenwuqiangxin Decoction combined with western medicine in treating elderly heart failure is significant, which greatly improves the quality of life of patients and deserves wide promotion in clinic.
