通过纳米膜自卷曲技术制备而成的微纳米管因其简便的制备方法、优秀的物理化学性能而在材料科学、化学、生物学等领域有广阔的应用前景.凭借其良好的稳定性、晶体结构特性、光学特性以及某些氧化物独特的半导体特性、磁学及电学特性,氧化物已成为卷曲型微纳米管的一大组成材料.本文详细介绍了自卷曲氧化物微纳米管的形成原理和制备方法,并综述了近年来关于卷曲型氧化物微纳米管在光学谐振腔、传感器、细胞研究、锂电池正电极、自驱动引擎等方面的研究成果.
