目的:探讨金属基质蛋白酶(MMPs)在月经中的作用。方法:雌性去势NIH小鼠蜕膜化后,给予米非司酮,每隔8h检测1次形态学和MMPs mRNA表达至给药后48h。结果:子宫内膜在给药后经历了崩解出血和再生修复过程。MMPs主要成员mRNA在崩解前(给药16h)、崩解期(给药24h)和修复期(给药32h和40h)表达量较高,与小鼠生理性孕酮撤退月经模型及人和猕猴的月经周期变化相符合。结论:在此模型中,MMPs对子宫内膜崩解以及其后的修复重建有重要的作用。 Objective: To investigate the role of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) in menstruation. Methods: Female castrated NIH mice were decidualized and then given mifepristone. Morphology and expression of MMPs mRNA were detected every 8h until 48h after administration. Results: The endometrium underwent disintegration and regeneration and repair process after administration. The main members of MMPs mRNA expression in the disintegration (administration 16h), disintegration (administration 24h) and repair phase (administration 32h and 40h) higher expression, and physiological progesterone withdrawal menstrual model and human and Rhesus macaque cycle consistent. Conclusion: In this model, MMPs play an important role in endometrial disintegration and subsequent repair and reconstruction.
