随着市场经济的发展和竞争环境的日趋激烈,我国企业要想实现价值最大化的目标、实现可持续发展,就必须与国民经济的发展现状、国内外经济环境经济体制等外部因素密切融合在一起。在激烈的竞争环境中,大部分企业在管理中的出现了复杂化、矛盾化趋势日益凸显,很多企业的内部控制管理水平已经无法实现与国际的接轨,在诸多挑战面前,由于内部控制管理的失败所导致的企业巨额亏损,甚至倒闭的案件比比皆是。面对发展困境,企业必须加强内部控制体系的构建,加大内部控制的执行力度。本文将就企业内部控制与执行力的相关问题进行分析和探讨,为促进企业的发展奠定基础。
