目的建立毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS法)测定复方蒲公英栓中冰片含量的方法。方法以萘为内标,用DM-5(Dikma公司,30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)弹性石英毛细管柱;80℃~250℃程序升温,选择M/Z为95和128的碎片离子峰分别对冰片和萘进行检测。结果冰片在0.7992~31.968μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),日内RSD≤0.93%,日间RSD≤1.36%;加样回收率为99.82%。结论所建立的方法灵敏、准确,可用于复方蒲公英栓中冰片的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of borneol in compound dandelion by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods Naphthalene was used as an internal standard, and the fragment ions with M / Z of 95 and 128 were selected by the temperature programmed in 80 ℃ ~ 250 ℃ with DM-5 (Dikma, 30m × 0.25mm × 0.25μm) Borneol and naphthalene were tested. Results There was a good linear relationship between borneol content in the range of 0.7992 ~ 31.968μg / ml (r = 0.9996), RSD≤0.93%, daytime RSD≤1.36%, and the recovery rate was 99.82%. Conclusion The established method is sensitive and accurate and can be used to determine the content of borneol in compound dandelion.
