目的进一步掌握图们铁路口岸鼠密度、季节消长、种群构成以及鼠疫菌、斑疹伤寒立克次体、汉坦病毒感染情况。方法于2010年10月-2011年9月进行为期一年的本地调查。选取适宜生境,采用Elton夹日法、二号铁板鼠夹捕捉鼠类,用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)分别进行鼠疫菌核酸、斑疹伤寒立克次体核酸、汉坦病毒核酸检测。结果此次本地调查捕获鼠类标本共计16只,其中有三只因不明动物啃食而无法鉴定,其余样品经鉴定[1、2]隶属1目1科3属3种。结论本次媒介生物监测显示,图们铁路口岸鼠密度不高,相关部门灭鼠工作卓有成效,但是随着中朝贸易的不断发展,医学媒介生物及其传播的传染病传入的潜在风险也在激增。应高度重视对输入性医学媒介生物及其传播的传染病的监测和控制工作。
Objective To further understand the rodent density, seasonal fluctuation and population composition of the Tumen Railway Port, as well as the infection of Rickettsia plague, typhus Rickettsia and Hantavirus. Methods A one-year local survey was conducted from October 2010 to September 2011. The appropriate habitat was selected. Elton was used to capture the rodents with the method of Elton clamp. The PCR products were used for the detection of Yersinia pestis, Rickettsia typhi and Hantaan virus. Results A total of 16 local samples were collected from the local investigation. Three of them were unable to be identified due to grazing of unknown animals. The remaining samples were identified [1, 2] as belonging to 3 orders, 1 genera and 1 genus. Conclusion The media biomonitoring showed that the density of rats in the Tumen Rail Port was not high and the rodent control efforts of the relevant departments were effective. However, with the continuous development of trade between China and North Korea, the potential risks of introduction of medical vector organisms and their transmission of infectious diseases Surge. High priority should be given to the monitoring and control of imported medical vector organisms and their transmission of infectious diseases.
