学校为学生建立心理档案,是提高学校科学管理水平,充分发挥“教育促进人的发展”这一功能的需要,也是社会向前发展的一种必然趋势.在国外,这项工作已经普遍得到开展,在国内,近些年来,一些大中城市对此也已有所重视.据报载,目前上海已有近30所学校建立了学生心理档案;36.3%的中小学开设了心理健康教育课程或讲座;26%的中小学开设了校级心理咨询室或心理健康教育室,(《文汇报》1998年2月25日).我们贵州也正在为此作出努力.目前,一些条件较好的学校,已经开始把这项工作提到了学校工作的议事日程.为帮助学校建立、保管和使用好学生心理档案,特作此文,并与同行共同磋商学习.
