建立学生心理档案的初步构想

学校为学生建立心理档案,是提高学校科学管理水平,充分发挥“教育促进人的发展”这一功能的需要,也是社会向前发展的一种必然趋势.在国外,这项工作已经普遍得到开展,在国内,近些年来,一些大中城市对此也已有所重视.据报载,目前上海已有近30所学校建立了学生心理档案;36.3%的中小学开设了心理健康教育课程或讲座;26%的中小学开设了校级心理咨询室或心理健康教育室,(《文汇报》1998年2月25日).我们贵州也正在为此作出努力.目前,一些条件较好的学校,已经开始把这项工作提到了学校工作的议事日程.为帮助学校建立、保管和使用好学生心理档案,特作此文,并与同行共同磋商学习. The establishment of psychological files for students in schools is not only the need of improving the scientific management level of schools and giving full play to the function of “education for human development”, but also an inevitable trend of social development. In other countries, this work has been generally carried out At home, in recent years, some large and medium-sized cities have also taken this seriously.It is reported that at present, nearly 30 schools in Shanghai have set up psychological files for students, 36.3% have opened mental health education courses in primary and secondary schools or Lectures; 26% of primary and secondary schools opened a school-level psychological counseling room or mental health education room, (Wen Wei Po, February 25, 1998) .We are also making efforts in Guizhou .At present, some well-qualified schools, This work has already begun to be referred to the school work agenda.To help schools to establish, maintain and use of student psychology files, specially made this article, and with their peers to discuss and study.
