我国跨境旅游蓬勃发展,提升了我国公民的外出旅游选择,有利于中外文化交流。伴随跨境游产生的问题不容忽视,对旅游从业人员进行培训能有效解决这些问题。作者采用行动研究法,在云南建设旅游强省,并逐渐确立联通中国内地与东盟枢纽地位的大背景下,以云南省“中国-东盟旅游人才教育培训基地”为依托点,分析对跨境旅游从业人员进行培训的必要性和可行性,尝试对跨境旅游从业人员进行分类培训,提高培训实效,为迅速发展的跨境旅游提供人才保障;在理论上丰富旅游人力资源开发、旅游产业规划与发展等现实课题。
The flourishing development of cross-border tourism in our country has promoted our citizens’ choice of traveling abroad and is conducive to the cultural exchange between China and foreign countries. With the cross-border travel problems can not be ignored, the training of tourism practitioners can effectively solve these problems. The author adopts the method of action research to build a strong tourist province in Yunnan Province and gradually establishes the status of China Unicom as a pivotal position between the Mainland and the ASEAN. Based on the “Yunnan-China-ASEAN Tourism and Talents Education and Training Base” The necessity and feasibility of training travel professionals in tourism environment, try to classify cross-boundary tourism practitioners and improve the effectiveness of training so as to provide talent protection for the rapid development of cross-border tourism; and theoretically enrich tourism human resources development, tourism industry Planning and development and other practical issues.
