目的分析观察家庭康复训练模式治疗患儿孤独症的效果。方法 60例孤独症患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。观察组进行家庭康复训练模式治疗,对照组进行机构康复训练治疗,对比两组患儿恢复情况。结果观察组治疗显效率76.7%与对照组的73.3%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患儿治疗后感知觉、粗大动作、精细动作、语言与沟通、认知、社会交往、生活自理及情绪行为评分较治疗前均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对孤独症患儿采取家庭康复训练模式治疗,可明显改善患儿自理能力,提高其社会交往能力,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of family rehabilitation training on children with autism. Methods Sixty children with autism were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with family rehabilitation training mode, and the control group was treated with institutional rehabilitation training. The recovery of the two groups was compared. Results There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group (76.7% vs 73.3%) (P> 0.05). After the treatment, the sensory perception, the gross motion, the fine motor, the language and communication, the cognition, the society The scores of association, self-care and emotional behavior were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Treatment of autistic children with family rehabilitation training can significantly improve the ability of children to take care of themselves and improve their social interaction skills, which is worthy of clinical application.
