结合实行病历公开的实践 ,在分析其正负效应的基础上 ,提出相应对策。①健全医疗法规 ,制定病历公开实施细则 ;②加强管理 ,提高技术和服务质量 ;③加强医患沟通 ;④严格执行规章制度 ,建立医、患、保三方互信关系 ;⑤完善病历质量管理 ,规范病历书写 ;⑥加强院内普法教育 ,增强职工法律意识。
Combining with the practice of medical records disclosure, on the basis of analyzing the positive and negative effects, we put forward corresponding countermeasures. (1) to improve medical regulations and formulate medical records disclosure rules; (2) to strengthen management and improve quality of technologies and services; (3) to enhance communication between doctors and patients; (4) to strictly enforce rules and regulations and establish mutual trust between doctors, patients and patients; (5) to improve medical records quality management Medical record writing; ⑥ Strengthening legal literacy education in the hospital and enhancing employees’ legal awareness.
