全面论述了柴油机并车控制器试验平台及监测分析系统的实现方法。根据参数的不同特点和实际条件采用 3种不同手段实现参数采集 :基于 CAN总线的监测分系统 ,基于 ISA总线的扭矩测量卡和串行通讯法。上位机监测软件通过 DDE方式获取全部采集参数 ,进行集中监测和实时分析 ,并对并车控制器的实际试验结果进行了分析。
A comprehensive discussion of the diesel engine and vehicle controller test platform and monitoring and analysis system to achieve. According to the different characteristics of the parameters and the actual conditions, three different methods are used to realize parameter acquisition: the monitoring subsystem based on CAN bus, the torque measuring card based on ISA bus and the serial communication method. PC monitoring software through the DDE way to get all the acquisition parameters, centralized monitoring and real-time analysis, and the actual test results of the parallel car controller were analyzed.
