在深入分析热电冷三联产及分产系统火用能级基础上 ,把热电厂能量转换过程中的能级利用与资金 (初投资与运行费用 )的时间效应有机的结合起来 ,提出了一种判定热电冷三联产节能的新方法—火用能级价值因子法 ,并应用实例进行了论证 ,结果表明 :应用火用能级价值因子判定联产的节能 ,其综合体现了系统各主要热力学与经济学指标 ,可作为其投产前的热经济决策 ,使判定热电冷三联产是否节能更具科学性。
On the basis of deeply analyzing the thermal energy level of the combined heat and power (CHP) and sub-production systems, this paper presents an organic combination of energy level utilization and the time effect of capital (initial investment and operating costs) in the process of energy conversion in a thermal power plant A new method to determine the energy-saving of the combined heat and power generation, the exergy energy level value factor method and the application example, is demonstrated. The results show that the application of the exergy energy level value factor to determine the energy saving of the co-generation can comprehensively reflect the major thermodynamics And economic indicators, can be used as a hot economic decision before its production, to determine whether the thermal power triple cooling is more scientific and energy-saving.
