目的探讨TNF-α和IFN-γ在肝纤维化发病中的学意义。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法、放免法测定115例肝病、20例健康成人血清TNF-α、IFN-γ及LN、PCI、KⅢ水平。结果肝病组TNF-a、IFN-γ明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01).而LN、PCⅢ同步升高,PCⅠ在急性肝炎、慢性肝炎(中重型)亦明显增高(P<0.01)。结论本组资料提示TNF-α、IFN-γ等细胞因子对肝纤维化具有调控作用。
Objective To investigate the significance of TNF-α and IFN-γ in the pathogenesis of hepatic fibrosis. Methods Serum levels of TNF-α, IFN-γ, LN, PCI and KⅢ in 115 cases of liver disease and 20 cases of healthy adults were determined by double antibody sandwich ELISA and radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of TNF-a and IFN-γ in liver disease group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.01). However, the levels of LN and PCⅢ increased synchronously, and PCⅠin acute hepatitis and chronic hepatitis were also significantly higher (P <0.01). Conclusion The data in this group suggest that cytokines such as TNF-α and IFN-γ may play a regulatory role in liver fibrosis.
