随着现代医学的迅猛发展和疾病谱的改变,临床营养作为医疗工作中综合治疗手段的一部分,正日益受到人们的关注。对患者实施合理的饮食治疗可以改善其营养状况,而且有利于疾病的转归和手术的预后。因而卫生部在医院分级管理中也将营养科的建设列为“二甲”以上医院医技科室设置的基本内容。搞好临床营养工作要抓住科室自身的特点,其中最关键的一点在于建设一支思想好、技术过硬、具备多方面综合素质的专业队伍。
With the rapid development of modern medicine and the change of the spectrum of diseases, clinical nutrition as a part of comprehensive treatment methods in medical work is increasingly attracting people’s attention. Implementing a reasonable diet treatment to patients can improve their nutritional status, and is beneficial to the outcome of the disease and the prognosis of the surgery.
