为调节橡胶结构和改善其性能,以烯丙基七异丁基多面体齐聚倍半硅氧烷(Allyllsobutyl POSS)和丁二烯(Bd)为聚合单体,正丁基锂(n-BuLi)为引发剂,环己烷为溶剂,乙基四氢糠基醚(ETE)为调节剂,采用负离子引发聚合法成功地制备了聚丁二烯(PB)/POSS纳米杂化材料,系统地研究了聚合反应条件、调节剂和POSS加入量等因素对共聚合反应和杂化材料微观结构的影响.结果表明,POSS的引入明显降低了共聚合反应速率和共聚物的分子质量,分子质量分布也有所加宽;改变反应条件对共聚合反应影响有限,但加入调节剂可明显提高共聚合反应速率;POSS的引入明显增加了PB中的1,2结构含量,并显示出与调节剂在调节结构方面的良好协同作用.
In order to adjust the rubber structure and improve its properties, n-Butyl lithium (n-BuLi) was synthesized by using Allyllsobutyl POSS and butadiene (Bd) Poly (butadiene) (PB) / POSS nanocomposites were successfully prepared by anion-initiated polymerization using initiator as initiator and cyclohexane as solvent and ethyltetrahydrofurfuryl ether (ETE) as modifier. The effects of polymerization conditions, regulators and POSS addition on the copolymerization and the microstructure of the hybrid materials were investigated.The results showed that the introduction of POSS significantly reduced the copolymerization reaction rate and the molecular weight of the copolymer, and the molecular weight distribution also had But the addition of regulators can obviously increase the copolymerization reaction rate.
