图书馆存在着非正式群体。其特性使得这种群体不易被组织所观察到,但这并不表明非正式群体不应该被组织所重视。本文分析了非正式群体形成的条件,阐述了其类型、特点及正面、负面影响。网络环境下图书馆重心逐渐向电子化、网络化和信息化服务转变,但在此基础上,并不能忽视推进图书馆现代化的最积极的因素——图书馆人员的管理。
There are informal groups in libraries. Its characteristics make this group not easily observed by the organization, but this does not mean that the informal group should not be taken seriously by the organization. This article analyzes the conditions for the formation of informal groups, expounds its type, characteristics and positive and negative impact. Under the network environment, the focus of library gradually changes to electronic, network and information service. However, on this basis, the most active factor in promoting the modernization of the library can not be ignored - the management of library staff.
