中职学校外科护理学教学的目标体系应以职业能力培养为主线,是实训课程整体改革的方向,即贯彻“以实训教学为主导”的职业教育理念,制订以实训为主体、理论课程依附于实训课程的专业培养计划。这完全颠覆了以往的“以理论教学为主体”的教学理念;这完全符合国家以及省“十二·五”的新规划。
