目的探讨高压氧舱检测耳气压功能的可行性。方法4-4.5min内将舱内气压增加40kPa。嘱受试者及时作吞咽动作,询问感觉,耳镜观察鼓膜。用此方法检查了40例(80耳)飞行员,按低压舱检测标准评定受检者的耳气压功能,其中12耳行低压舱检查对照。结果高压氧舱检测结果与受检者的空中反应进行比较,两者符合率为97.5%;高、低压舱两种方法检测结果完全一致。结论可用高压氧舱检查耳气压功能。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of hyperbaric oxygen chamber in detecting air pressure function. Method 4-4.5min within the cabin pressure increased 40kPa. Instruct the subjects to make timely swallowing action, ask the feeling, otoscopy observe the tympanic membrane. Forty cases (80 ears) of pilots were inspected by this method, and the ear pressure function of the subjects was assessed according to the test standard of low-pressure cabin. 12 low-pressure cabin was checked for control. Results The results of hyperbaric oxygen chamber were compared with those of the subjects. The coincidence rate was 97.5%. The results of two methods of high and low pressure chambers were identical. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen chamber can be used to check the ear pressure function.
