microRNA(miRNA)是一种非编码的小分子RNA,在基因的表达调控过程中起着非常重要的作用。骨组织的发生、生长、代谢同样与miRNA有着密切的关联。与骨代谢相关的miRNA的表达水平变化都会引起骨质代谢异常,进而导致骨质疏松等骨疾病的发生。而在骨相关疾病状态下,改变相关miRNA的表达水平也能对其起到治疗作用。现针对miRNA在骨代谢相关研究及其进展予以综述。
MicroRNA (miRNA) is a non-coding small RNA that plays a very important role in the regulation of gene expression. Bone tissue generation, growth, metabolism and miRNA also have a close relationship. Changes in miRNA expression associated with bone metabolism can cause abnormal bone metabolism leading to bone diseases such as osteoporosis. In the condition of bone-related diseases, changing the expression level of related miRNA can also play a therapeutic role. The research about miRNA in bone metabolism and its progress are summarized.
