几年来,在冶金部新产品订货会上,根据四机部和科委等单位的要求,签订了各种难熔金属箔材生产的合同。目前,随着电子工业的迅速发展,难熔金属箔材在电讯、电子学、印刷回路、计算机、电容器以及闪光灯等方面有着极其广泛的用途,还可以作高温蜂窝结构材料。我们对钽、钽铌合金、铌、钛、钼、钨、铼等箔材进行试轧,基本上满足了用户的要求,现将我们认为比较稳定的钽、铌、钛等三种箔材工艺汇总如下。
