目的:测定速效伤风胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚的含量。方法:双波长紫外回归方程法。结果:对乙酰氨基酚浓度在10～35μg范围内与吸收度差值呈良好线性关系,r=0.9998,回归方程:△A=0.02C+0.049,平均回收率为99.87%,RSD为0.69%n=5。结论:双波长紫外回归方程法能有效排除其它成分的干扰,可用来测定速效伤风胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚的含量。
Objective: To determine the content of acetaminophen in Quick-acting Shangfeng capsule. Methods: Dual wavelength UV regression equation method. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of paracetamol and the difference of absorbance in the range of 10-35 μg, r = 0.9998. The regression equation: △ A = 0.02C + 0.049, the average recovery was 99.87% and the RSD was 0.69% n = 5. Conclusion: The dual-wavelength UV regression equation can effectively eliminate the interference of other components and can be used to determine the content of paracetamol in instant Xiaokeng capsules.
