采用10%SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,对扁蓿豆4个品系的种子可溶性蛋白和盐溶蛋白进行了研究,结果表明:扁蓿豆4个品系种子可溶性蛋白和盐溶蛋白总带数分别为62和31;相对迁移率分别在11.3%~92.6%和7.4%~92%之间;谱带分子量分别在5.90~107.62KD和14.64~107.38KD之间。4个品系在种子可溶性蛋白电泳图谱上都具有自己的特征带,品系之间在谱带数目、位置、宽窄和颜色深浅方面存在不同程度的差异。盐溶蛋白指纹图谱谱带数目相对较多,但依据带的出现、缺失、宽窄和颜色深浅差异,同样可以鉴定扁蓿豆不同品系。可溶性蛋白和盐溶蛋白指纹图谱一致表明,品系90-36具有较高的品系特异性。
The soluble protein and salt soluble protein of four strains of Medicago sativa were studied by 10% SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the total soluble protein and soluble protein of four strains of Medicago sativa Respectively 62 and 31; relative mobility was between 11.3% -92.6% and 7.4% -92%, respectively; and the band molecular weights were between 5.90 ~ 107.62KD and 14.64 ~ 107.38KD, respectively. All four strains had their own characteristic bands on the SDS-PAGE of seed, and there were some differences in the number, position, width and color of the bands among different strains. Salt protein fingerprinting spectrum number is relatively large, but according to the appearance of the band, loss, width and color depth differences, the same can identify different strains of Medicago. Fingerprinting of both soluble and salted proteins consistently showed that lines 90-36 have higher lineage specificities.
